Today’s workout is named “Moody”, with host Rob and Carole. This is a 18 minute tabata workout, 45second on, then 15 second off.  It is 3 rounds per exercise. This is a cardio workout with a level 3 of out 5 difficulty. It is lower body and core workout. No equipment needed. The exercises are squats, crunches, plank, lunges, v-snaps, and tragically hips.

This is mostly lower body workout, with a bit of core. Only equipment needed today are a dumbbell or a kettlebell.  The exercises are squats, lunges, and v-snaps

Doing 8 rounds per exercise, with adds up to total of 4 minutes per exercise.  Only equipment needed are a kettlebell, or a dumbbell. . The exercises today are lunges, kettlebell swings, good mornings, deadlifts & high pull, and plank.
